This is a pretty good post on how to increase your metabolism on Lauren’s Fitness Blog. Getting that going is quite important to losing weight.
I have an office job and I find it quite important to get up more from desk and walk around. If I need to call someone on our office, I get up and go for a walk to find them. By doing this I am able to get my blood moving and I find I am not as tired as I used to be.
I am also eating breakfast every morning and having about six meals a day. Trust me, these meals are not big, but I have spread the food out over several meals. I get more energy for the same or less calories. I feel better and don’t get hungry.
Try these tips and see what happens.
